Please keep in mind that suggestions made by an editor are optional; the author always has final say in the changes made, or not made, to their work.

Beat reading offers authors an overall assesment of their work from a reader’s perspective. The editor will provide feedback on how the work is paced, ask plot related questions if there are holes or inconsistencies, and give an overall report on what was liked and/or disliked while reading.

Pricing

$30 per work, up to 40,000 words

$50 per work, up to 80,000 words.

For works above 80,000 words, please contact me for a quote.
